Liina Kähri
TMarketing has been my passion for over 20 years. Even just thinking about it, maybe I was born as a marketer. I have been fascinated by awesome advertisements and effective colors since I was young, and I have always been ready to try, taste or experience new things. My mother once told me that I must be a gypsy child – the more colour the better! 😊 Out of curiosity, I learned early on about cooking, enjoying food, travelling the culinary world and competing in sewing with my friends for fun.
I am grateful that I have gained experience in different aspects of marketing, such as product development, branding, communication, media communication, strategic and international marketing and export. Having worked in the Baltics, Scandinavia, the UK, St. Petersburg and Hong Kong, I led various marketing teams, have been exposed to different organisational cultures and established a strong network of contacts with whom we still maintain close relationships and continue to cooperate with.
All this has led me to share my experience and knowledge with others. Having spent hours flying all over the world with Liina, we are both convinced that our experience and expertise could help many other companies to benefit from more efficient marketing.

I have subconsciously followed the motto “Where there’s a will, there’s a way” all my life. As a child, I played several high level sports simultaneously and whilst at university, I also had a full-time job. Multitasking has always been one of my natural strengths: it enabled me to take advantage of continuous opportunities to develop personally and professionally. Maybe that’s why I still enjoy working on many different projects at once – life must be exciting! Fortunately, marketing and sales are constantly offering new challenges to solve and continuously learn.
I find there has been a greater or a smaller reason behind each of my actions. It has not always been logical but for me, the motivation to succeed has driven my decisions and actions. For example, in primary school, I wanted to be one of the best pupils so that I could shake hands with the principal when I received a letter of commendation. I am inspired by various things and in today’s work I am inspired to understand what my clients’ wishes, dreams or worries are. It is exciting to explore and experience all the different perspectives and perceptions that people hold. For example, how we make our purchasing decisions based on a momentary emotion as well as thorough careful planning. Great marketing is based on in-depth knowledge of people and I am motivated by learning about people’s behaviors, choices and their mindset.
I am happy and grateful that the decisions I have made in life have made it possible to gain different knowledge and diverse expertise which brought me together with Liina and given me the courage to enter the business world. Having said that, there is always room for new acquaintances, exciting projects and continuous development😉
